Korres Fig Shower Gel and Guava Body Butter Set

Available as a Holiday 2012 set, this bath and body pair from homeopathic brand Korres is both uplifting and pampering for the festive season.

Both products promise to nourish and moisturise the skin with natural ingredients, leaving it hydrated and smooth.

The body wash carries a fresh green fragrance laced with sweetness, a scent that calls to mind the lush foliage of the tropics. It’s quite lovely – I can’t stop sniffing my press bottle – and I’m wishing it came in perfume form.

Considering its source, the body crème is less invigorating, surprisingly. Instead of smelling like freshly-cut guava, it actually smells slightly heavy…coconutty, to be exact. Not really my thing, so it’s probably going to a friend or a giveaway. ;)
