Though available from travel retail at the duty-free departure halls of Changi Airport, it all but exited from our shores in 2009. After 3 years of absence, Yves Saint Laurent Beauté will relaunch in Singapore with the opening of its beauty boutique at Ion Orchard. This store is the first of its kind in South East Asia.

To mark the special occasion, the first 5 customers to visit the boutique when it officially opens at 12 pm on 16 September 2012 will each receive a set of iconic YSL beauty products worth S$350, compliments of the brand. The next 50 customers will receive limited edition YSL products worth up to S$65 each. The latter are pretty special for they aren’t available in Singapore.

I expect a huge mad crowd so I’ll probably stay away till it becomes quieter. I wait to buy one of their chromatic palettes. Have you tried their Creme de Blush? I just love the soft texture.

I don’t think the people who received the gifts had to, although I’m sure some did. :)
