Holiday candy is always a joy to buy and enjoy. This year, I bought three boxes of Meiji Meltykiss from Watsons: White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and Green Tea.
Unfortunately they don’t really appeal to my sweet tooth, despite their huge popularity. I find the dark chocolate dust a little bitter and the cubes themselves not particularly creamy or tasty. That said, I do give them props for pretty packaging!
Andes Peppermint Crunch Thins are another story, though.
A seasonal offering, these layered mint thins are lovely melty things with crunchy candy cane bits strewn within the creamy mint. I absolutely ♥ these Christmas candies! They aren’t always easy to come by but FairPrice seems to have plenty of them on the shelves. :)
I LOVE these choccies – so much that I try to stay away from them!
Hi Jamilla,
Chocolate is a bane and a blessing! :D
I love Japanese chocolate – so yummy!
Hi Sam,
Of the three, I only like the white choc version. :P I once had these delicious honey dew candies (that had the consistency of chocolate) from Tokyo Disneyland. Major LOVE!
thanks for sharing. i love these mint candy to bits too. I’ve stocked up on them after reading it here.
Hi Lisa,
You’re very welcome! They’re the perfect Christmas candy. :)
