Here are swatches of the new Shiseido Luminizing Satin Eye Color Trios for Spring 2011. Almost pillowy-soft like the Autumn 2010 palettes, the texture of these silky-smooth shadows doesn’t make for good swatching but it does make for easy blending. As you can tell from the swatches, these shadows also impart a satin-like lustre.
VI308 Bouquet is a monochromatic palette with three varying shades of purple that are Asian-flattering. You must be careful with the middle plum shade, though, to avoid a bruised look.
Inspired by Raquel Zimmermann’s blonde tresses (she is the face of Shiseido!), the warm brown and gold shades in BR209 Voyage are perfect for a golden goddess look. Of the three palettes, this one swatched the most brilliantly.
A favourite with the local press, the striking blues and bubble-gum pink in BL310 Punky Blues reminded me of the happy ’80s! ;)

There is an all pink shades trio too yeah? I love tt. The colour in BL310 sure looks like the 80s when I swatched them.
Hi Farah,
It’s part of the AW2010 collection. :)
