Although Zoya Freja is a nice gunmetal, it doesn’t have much oomph (its multi-coloured micro-shimmer bits don’t show up well), so I applied the ultra-glittery Tins The Lucky Star Jet as an overcoat to jazz it up. That gave my nails full-on bling, to say the least! I call this nail look ‘Astro Nails’ because of its futuristic steely and twinkly appearance. ;)
The shot above is slightly blurry but it captures the pretty sparkles well.
As with Zoya polishes in the metallic formula, Freja takes a while to dry and can gunk up – I’d recommend thin layers and allowing them to dry before applying anything else over them. The Tins glitter polish, on the other hand, surprised me with its even application – the sparkles go on uniformly and fluidly, adding disco-ball glitz in an instant! ♥
oooh…. PRETTY!
Hi Plue,
Thanks! :)
