Here is Agyness Deyn, the English supermodel who is the face of Anna Sui’s Rock Me! fragrances. Despite the rocker-girl image, the makeup is impeccable. Perfectly polished, I love the effect of the black-rimmed eyes and sculpted cheeks on the flawless canvas that is her face. I also like how the ’80s look is offset by the baubles – roses, hearts, lips and stars add sweetness to soften the hard image. The accessories may look cluttered but there’s purpose to the Anna Sui chaos!
Continuing the Anna Sui butterfly motif, an intricately-designed butterfly is brilliantly incorporated into the purple/red guitar-shaped flaçon. Look more closely and you will see stars, hearts and peace signs embossed on the bottle too. The ingenuity and whimsical nature of the design leave me breathless!
Floral and fruity, this perfume has top notes of Williams pear, green orange and peach skin. Its middle notes comprise honeysuckle, jasmine and waterlily; while its base notes are cedarwood, amber, and vanilla.
