While I was at Bud Cosmetics checking out Patyka Aloe Hand Cream, I learnt from the store that it will be bringing in a new German organic brand, Neobio. A striking photo of two chillies lying across a juicy cut orange made me take a second look!
Available in shower gel, body lotion and deodorant spray forms, the Neobio Chili Orange body care range may be small but it certainly is eye-catching. I love the visual combination of these two fire-coloured fruits (yes, chillies are fruits because they contain seeds). I wonder what this spicy-citrus combination will feel and smell like. Chili+orange in a deodorant really intrigues me! :P
Bud revealed that Neobio prices will range from S$25 to S$40, reasonable for products that come from a recognised organic brand (Neobio won the BioFach Vivaness Jury Award this year). We don’t have to wait too long for it to arrive on our shores – Neobio will be available at the end of March 2010 and can be purchased at Bud Cosmetics stores located at Square 2 (Novena) and Mandarin Gallery (Orchard), as well as the new Living Pharmacy at Great World City.

Wow, this is good news. German organic product companies always seem to have an edge in these things, don’t they? Just like Dr. Hauschka….
And chillies? That definitely sounds intriguing – it kinda reminds me of Juice Beauty’s chilli infused facial cream cleanser :D
Oh, is there a chilli cleanser from Juice Beauty, TUG?! This I have to see (off to the webby now)!
