This really caught my eye as Ive been having problems with breakouts on my face recently and this is so easy to bring around cos of its size and would definitely help when Im out and I feel a bump.
http://www.makeupstash.com/2010/02/brtc-special-bb-cream-gift-sets.html
This has got to be my favourite recent post because I have always wanted to try these BB creams but they are sold so dearly at Watsons! Now that I’m informed about these sales, I think I’m enticed to purchase them to give them a shot! =)
i’ve enjoyed this post – . I like this post particularly because I’ve been wanting to get the latest news of UD launching at Sephora Ion. It also helps that there are pictures attached so I can have a rough idea what products are available. I knew I had to get my hands on UD star product – UDPP as the price is so reasonable. I did and I got the Deluxe Eyeshadow Box too since the GWP you’ve mentioned are too good to be missed. I only spent $95 for a total of 10 items including the GWP. Thanks so much for this post if not I would have missed out on these lovely babies ! Next will be Alice in Wonderland Book of Shadows !

The product reviews and price list were also useful so in the end went to get the Eyeshadow & Lip Primer Potion XD my first UD haul ^^V

Hi Mag!!!
http://www.makeupstash.com/2009/06/etude-house-singapore-price-list.html
I love this post on the price list for Etude House products because this was how I stumbled onto your blog. It (1) fanned my interest in EH products which I have become a huge fan of! (Love the cleansing oil and the Milk Tea face wash) and (2) it prompted me to subscribe, allowing me to find out about the smack-you-in-the-face gorgeousness of Urban Decay’s VERT eyeshadow. I ran to Sephora, looking for it on the day of the UD launch and was soooo bummed that it was not available. I am so getting it when they eventually bring it down. So this post on your EOTD with VERT + ZERO is my other (recent) favourite post -http://www.makeupstash.com/2010/01/eotd-urban-decay-vert-urban-decay-zero.html
I love green eyeshadow! Heck, I LOVE LOVE LOVE eyeshadow. Period.
Thanks for your generous giveaways and Happy Lunar New Year to you.
PS: Love the little pics of the zodiac animals and the corresponding captions (Moo-isturise?! Drag-on!! sss-uper sss-leek!!! LOL!)
http://www.makeupstash.com/2009/05/methylated-spirit-and-its-makeup-uses.html
This is one of my favourite posts as I never realised how useful methylated spirit is until then and I have also gone on to use it for non-makeup uses. Thanks!

I simply loved reading the musings of all the latest reviews and fantastic fist hand info obtain from your blog :) keep up the good work yeah!!
Anw, this particular post caught my eye as I was looking high and low for a roll on astringent for acne and blemish skin, as I do have frequent breakouts and so does my SO. Now, I’ve finally found a place to get it from :) Thanks!!
Hi Mag!
Happy Chinese New Year! My favourite blog entry of the year has gotta be Shiseido Spring 2010 sneak preview! (http://www.makeupstash.com/2010/02/shiseido-spring-2010-sneak-preview.html) I am a big ardent of Shiseido as I am always inspired by the way the Shiseido models look.
Shiseido has been my all time favourite, and you just did me a big favour by giving a sneak preview and swatching of the colours of the Spring 2010 range. Now I have my wishlist ready… probably gonna start buying after CNY! Hee…
The 12 lovelies all look so good to me! I would be glad to win any of the above!
Thank you, Mag, once again for the willingness to share these lovelies with your readers!
Happy new year! May this year be a fantastic year for you and your family! Stay always happy and pretty!

My Fav Post:
http://www.makeupstash.com/2010/02/urban-decay-singapore-price-list.html
You are the first blogger in Sg to post the full price list of UD in Singapore. It helps me alot in planning/selecting the items to purchase before physically standing in front of the counter in Sephora. Your price list also made me not spend over my budget. =D
Thanks!
My favourite color is green so I loved your post about Urban Decay Zero+Vert EOTD.
It’s inspired me to be a bit more daring in choosing a bolder eye color :)
Thanks for all your postings about the latest makeup news around, it’s really useful for me as I don’t get a chance to go out shopping much. Especially for all the info about the Urban Decay launch. I hope to make it down to Ion when the Alice book of shadows arrives…
I always look forward to your blog for my daily read!
Gong Xi Fa Cai and have a happy and healthy year ahead!
oh, I forgot to add that I’ve joined your facebook fan page (Janice Sng)
This was one of my favourite posts as I thought I was the few fans of Palette sweet street! Through your blog post, I got informed that this was sold in Singapore when initially I was thinking of ordering the yearly planner from Etsy or ebay and had to incur shipping charges. You’ve not only saved me money but also tempted me with all the other products!
Oh, forgot to state that my Twitter nick is luvpeaches17
I first came to your blog because of Rouge Deluxe and subsequently your entries on UD really captured my interest! But one of the recents posts i love best is this

It’s marrying poetry and makeup! I love that you blog with passion and genuine interest that is so contagious and makes for great reading.

Hi! I’m a very new reader of your blog – stumbled across it through Vivawoman’s blog. I’ve loved reading your makeup/beauty finds in Singapore. One of my favourite posts is the one you made on Bond No. 9 fragrances in Sephora Ion, infact, all your entries on your finds in Sephora have been incredibly helpful, since the last time I visited it was the day they first opened, so I’ve been able to discover the new products hitting our shores. I’ve been a huge fan of Bond No 9 in (what else!) Chinatown ever since I received a sample set and now I have ease of access to not only my favourite fragrance but also to try others from this brand. :)
Wishing you a wonderfully prosperous new year!
hello mag :)
here’s to try my luck on this giveaway…well, your blog has been a treasure trove of beauty scoops and i’ve particularly enjoyed the following:
http://www.makeupstash.com/2009/11/skincare-abcs-serums-and-moisturisers-humectants-and-emollients.html
it was a really informative article which broke down the walls on those seemingly esoteric cosmetic jargon. although i can be silly and hope for miraculous instant cures, it is definitely more assuring to know what it is i’m putting on my face as well as know the effects it has on my skin.
thanks for sharing such information with us and i hope that you will have more such articles to come! happy cny to you!
my fav. post – http://www.makeupstash.com/2010/02/more-on-the-urban-decay-alice-in-wonderland-book-of-shadows-in-singapore.html

The above is my favourite post. I’ve always been wanting to try out new products from there and I feel that the review itself is your honest opinion. There’s no sugar coating involved and hence I like reading the reviews written by you. :)
I am already your follower on Twitter (my user is amourchaleur) and joined the FB page (User: Dayna Ngai)
Happy Chinese New Year to you too! :)
Hi, I’m new here but your site is cool! Love that you don’t dumb down the facts and you write intelligently!
I like your entire series on Urban Decay (the store offerings! the detailed price list! the book of shadows!) but if I had to choose it’d be the one with the masterclass. You shared so many tips and tidbits that you clearly took such diligent note of! I learnt a lot of stuff, and felt like I was in the class! Thanks for letting us have a feel of what it was like. Now I don’t feel so bad missing it!
http://www.makeupstash.com/2010/02/urban-decay-master-class-by-eric-jimenez.html
So now I’m following you on Twitter (as Camemberu). Keep it up and gong xi fa cai!
As a long time fan of UD, I really like your post on the Master Class as although I spent quite bit on UD products on the day of the launch, I couldn’t attend the masterclass due to some other committments.
I was rather disappointed but you cheered me up with all the tips and photos of the class that I felt that I was in the class! Thanks for all the reviews/pricelist that you frequently feature on your blog!
http://www.makeupstash.com/2010/02/urban-decay-master-class-by-eric-jimenez.html
Keep writing and I promise to keep reading!
I’m a fan of your fb page – under Ning Xin as well (:

And not forgetting the price list you shared here..it give me an idea how much $ i am planning to spend at UD even though i have yet to go down.

My favourite post would be http://www.makeupstash.com/2009/08/i-nuovi-professional.html because I’ve liked everything that I purchased from them so far (the Gelbase foundation is my fave!) but couldn’t find much information or reviews on their products until you covered them. I especially enjoyed the “insider’s peek” into the brand. This was, in fact, the post that started me on your blog :) Thanks so much for all the work you’ve put into the site – are you planning any sort of meet-up with your readers? We could all descend upon Orchard Road on a make-up buying/testing/reviewing frenzy and frighten all the other shoppers there that day ;)

Alrighty, this is my favourite post because I adore Urban Decay and you wrote such a comprehensive review with wonderful photos that it made me fall in love with the brand all over again. Btw, I linked to your post on my review if that is OK – http://macmufe.livejournal.com/3452.html.

This is my favourite post because Urban Decay is awesome & your detailed post pretty much makes up for the fact that I was unable to attend the Master Class! After knowing from this post that most UD products can be eaten, I was so amazed and wowed!

Hello Mag! I picked this post because I found out about the product from your blog and went to test it out at Watsons Taka, not once but twice. I like it and your comments support my opinion about the cream. I think it is of good quality and absorbs into my skin well. Thank you for sharing these goodies with us :)
happy weekending!
Dear Mag,
My favourite post to date is http://www.makeupstash.com/2010/02/review-la-claree-oliv-moisturizing-face-cream.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+MakeupStash+%28Makeup+Stash!%29
I have an older sister who does not subscribe to a proper skincare regime beyond washing her face once a day. In fact, I recently found out that she does not even use a makeup remover and I was so shocked that I immediately started overhauling her skincare regime! Although I have managed to convince her of the benefits of removing her makeup properly and using a toner, it has been difficult to persuade her to use a moisturizer because she complains that the ones I have given her to try are too sticky and leave a heavy feeling on her skin or that their fragrance is too strong. I was very pleased to come across this post of yours because through you, I have managed to find a moisturizer that I may be able to convince her to use on a regular basis, since it is light and has a subtle fragrance. I’m going to run out to get it for her immediately after I post this and hopefully, she will use it and be able to have happy, glowing skin in time for her wedding (which is really soon)!

I’ve never heard about Urban Decay until I started following this blog, and now it’s one of my favorite brands!!! Thank you, Mag!
Frankly, I have too many favourites! I love all your posts – they are informative, fun, well-written and your reviews and swatches are very helpful. But this is probably one of my favourite posts ever: http://www.makeupstash.com/2009/03/majolica-majorca-eye-shadow-customize-swatches.html – you introduced me to the glory of MM single eyeshadows, especially the famous SV821 (which I now have two of, lol).
Surely it is http://www.makeupstash.com/2010/02/urban-decay-at-sephora-ion.html this post about Urban Decay! I was so excited and wouldn’t have known if I didn’t read it. :) So thanks so much for always having first hand info and posting and letting everyone know about it too!

Lol, I love primers so this was one of the more memorable entries for me. Really liked the analysis btw japanese and western primers. Although I fear it does nothing to stop my urge to try every primer in the market.
Thanks for the blog entries~
